We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a late cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service price. This policy helps us accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.
Appointments booked within 24 hours of the scheduled service time may be canceled up to 4 hours before the appointment without incurring a late cancellation fee.
